CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or change your reservation
eight weeks in advance
there will be no charge. Any cancellation made
within eight weeks of your reservation, you will
be charged for any nights we are unable to rebook.
If we are able to rebook all of your nights there will be no charge. If you had
five nights booked and we were only able to fill two you will be charged for the
three remaining nights. Boat Rental Cancellations are handled the same as rooms.
Early
departures are handled as a cancellation.
All
Rooms are non-smoking. Please do not smoke outside yet close to open doors or
windows. When smoking outside, please be considerate of non smoking guest.
We only allow
Dogs, no cats.
Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times and handled by an adult.
You are responsible for picking up after your pet. Pets must be in a Pet
carrier/house if left alone in unit and we must have a cell number to reach you
if pet is barking constantly. Pets are not allowed in beds or on furniture. We
will gladly supply you with a sheet to cover couch for your little friend to sit
in your lap.
Children
are not to be left alone. Children in pool must
have an adult in fence area with them. Children age 12 or under on dock must
wear a life jacket even if you are holding their hand! Children are never
allowed on dock even with life jacket unattended by an adult.
No
profane language! We are a family property.
From Hwy 65, exit to Hwy 76. At end of exit ramp, turn left going west onto Hwy
76 ( coming from norh or south 65 doesn't matter, still turn left) Follow 76 ..
on the left you will pass larger Methodist church, on your right you will see
new car museum..next light turn left onto Fall Creek Road. Follow Fall Creek
road about 2 miles.. watch for speed to drop to 25mph in preparing for sharp
turn to right. Before the turn you will see a turn lane to make a left turn.
Enter the left turn lane being careful of the oncoming traffic. Turn left onto
River Valley. Follow River Valley until it dead ends. Turn right onto River Lane
and we are the second resort on your left.
